A hands-on filmmaking workshop where students write, cast, rehearse, and film their own short film! 🎞️
Turn your ideas into a short film! Students work together to develop a story, write the script, cast actors, rehearse scenes, and bring their film to life on camera. Along the way, they learn creativity, teamwork, storytelling, and how a real film set works. Led by award-winning filmmakers, the footage is professionally edited after the workshop, and families receive a link to watch the finished film!

Guided safely by a professional stunt instructor, students practice stage combat, punch reactions, chase choreography, dramatic falls, and hero moments while learning how to combine acting, dialogue, and stunts to create exciting action scenes. They’ll also discover how stunts are adapted for the camera and film some of their action along the way. Step behind the camera and explore directing, cinematography, sound, editing, and the art of visual storytelling! 🎞️🌟
Discover the magic that happens behind the camera! Students work together in small film crews to develop their own stories while learning the different roles that bring a movie to life. They’ll plan shots, operate the camera, direct scenes, record sound, and explore the basics of editing as they experience the filmmaking process from idea to final cut. Their finished film is professionally edited and shared with families at the end of the workshop!

Step up to the microphone and bring animated characters to life! What if Cinderella had a talent show instead of a ball? Or the Big Bad Wolf joined a dance crew? Through scene work, improv, and character play, students will learn to make big choices, build confidence, and bring familiar stories to life in unexpected ways. The class culminates in a short, original performance presented to parents on the final day. Teens who want to learn about acting to camera, how to start auditioning, and how to find a manager or agent will gain real insight into the film and television industry while building confidence on screen. Students work on self-tapes, audition techniques, TV and film scenes, and professional on-camera skills in a supportive, inspiring environment led by professional working actors and filmmakers currently in the industry.
Adult Acting

For adults of all experience levels, this class explores scene work, character development, and techniques for authentic, compelling performances. Participants will also receive audition tips and industry advice to navigate the acting world. Through guided exercises and personalized coaching, students will gain confidence, presence, and skills that empower their unique acting voice. By the final week, each student will perform a scene on camera, and a recorded version will be emailed to them.
